My wife (46) is convinced she’s entering peri-menopause and is going to her GP to discuss possible HRT in the New Year.
There appears to be so many types of HRT and from what I’ve read it seems a bit of a minefield to finding something that works for you as an individual.
Reaching out to the Ladies in the UK that may have already traversed this path - how many options did you try before finding ‘THE ONE’ that helped most? Which HRT in your opinion would be least favoured and why? Which HRT could you recommend and why?
Would be really helpful to get a cross section of opinion so that I can be more supportive and savvy.
