Two methods I use are edging and anal toys. I edge for a couple hours. Then when I want to start getting ready to cum, I’ll spend a good 20min with plug play (preferably vibrating).

I think it does have something to do which how often you ejaculate. Alot of the guys I sleep with won’t jerk off for a few days before seeing me so that they have a nice big load during sex.

I prefer that. Even if I finish earlier in the session, I’ll be able to more easily build up another load and increase the amount of orgasms I can have.
After the first I’ll be able to “last longer”. So depending on her mood I can either finish first with a hj/bj or penetration sex.
Then after extensive foreplay and hopefully multiple orgasms for her, and I’ll be ready to penetrate her proper and last long enough for the both of us to finish.
For me it’s better to finish more with SO/OH.
