You go into the Your account section and scroll down and there is an upload pic options I think? Or it might be called Manage your photos, should really have checked before I started typing, have never done it, but I believe that's how OA-ers upload the pics that you can see on their profiles, not their avatars. You have to click into the member (oo-er) and then if they have uploaded pics they are visible in their profile.
However I could be completely wrong, hopefully someone who actually knows what they are talking about will reply soon....

sorry no they aren't my legs i'm afraid.
I have worn stockings once or twice but my legs never look that good. lol.
