How did you come up with yours?

Scottishfunk was spur of the moment.

I’ve always been curious to where @For_Your_Eyes_Only_x came from. As a Bond fan my geek wants me to believe you chose it after my favorite Roger Moore film​:rofl: Or could it be that your classy and sexy photos are really for our eyes only​:thinking:

It’s a slight variation on a name I had in the early days of the internet. I’m not (at least I don’t think?) obnoxious and then also python seemed to fit for this kind of forum :eggplant: :laughing:

I dont have a name as the system gave me mine as i did not realise i could choose one. I think if i could change it i would choose Wood Nymph because when i was young there was a chap i met in a local pub who had seen me walking in the woods earlier that day who said that he thought he was dreaming and seen a wood nymph. I know probably just a corny chat up line but it did not work :grin:

If you wanted to change your profile name you could do so by contacting @Lovehoney_Brenna putting a reason why to change and the new name I believe. I know the odd person has done so. @Wood-Nymph

I think i will just stay as i am. Not sure if “i didnt know i could choose a name” is a good enough reason.

It is an eternal source of regret that I didn’t come up with a user beyond the assigned one! I naively thought I might change it but having checked it doesn’t seem easy to change.

Fair enough. My old name was bigishben. That came from the realisation much later in life that mini me was actually on the bigger side in comparison to many, only after years and years of self doubt and feeling inadequate​:thinking:

Hmm, that doesn’t sound right - did you fill in the form with all the details and send it over to customer care?

It’s not as easy to change the name on reviews, so we might not be able to update those (if you have submitted reviews), but we have changed the forum name of people who had default names before :thinking:

I have put in a request to change mine on the basis that i did not know at the time i could choose my own username. Waiting to see what response i get.

Hi @Lovehoney_Brenna yep I did all of that and the message from customer care was essentially please can you live with default user unless there is a compelling reason. Shall I try again?

I think some wires might have been crossed internally here! We prefer users not to continually change their username (as it can be confusing for the community), however a one of username change should not be an issue :slight_smile:

Sadly I do not have the emails. I think I must have had an inbox deletion session, although I do remember I was corresponding with Chloe I think.

Shall I just start again when I have thought of a cool new use name and copy you in?
