I just had to tell people! I've just gone to use one of my many toys, only to find it's not vibrating, it's broken! Tried everything...but alas, tis no more. Lovehoney said they'll replace the item for me, should be here by the end of the week so I won't have to wait too long! I only bought the toy in November, and I love it, so I'm made up with the service I've had....good service can be hard to find these days!
