i had my new favourite vibrator for a couple of months and it suddenly stopped working. i sent a message to lovehoney telling them what had happened and asking what could have made it happen as i was wondering if i had done something to break it
i was planning to buy a new one and just be a little more careful with it. but i was sent an email back advising they would be replacing it!! im sooooo happy ive bought some more stuff to celebrate!!
ive reviewd a few products, but if i could review lovehoney customer services i would definately give them top marks!!! x
I also have to say that so far all my encounters with the LH customer services have been really positive. Please keep up the great job you're doing.
AND what's even better is how rarely you need to deal with them (not that we don't like you lovely LH staff), everything goes very smoothly and quickly.
I had the same experience. A very good vibrator which i loved stopped working after 3 months.. Was pretty hacked off as it was £30.. As it was a discontinued one i returned it for a refund..(freepost)...You can't say better than that!!!! I've found lovehoney to be a very fair and helpful.
It pays for them in the end though. I've always had amazing customer service from them, next day delivery even on the free option. While I would have shopped around a bit before, I wont buy anywhere else now, so it does pay for them. Not saying it's a bad thing though, I think they've really earned all our custom!

Well with my husbnd away at the moment ive been getting so sexualy frustrated and needless to say my trusty vibrator gave up a while ago and have just been pleaseing myself with hands. I have to agree with everyone! This site is by far the best sex related business i have come across on my travels! I nipped into Anne Summers yesterday with the Mrs and i was not impressed with their range tbh! And they don't have any customer reviews etc with products so making a choice on a toy must be a real challenge for anyone buying in person!
and they have this community section which is just awesome! especially as the staff have been kind enough to put up with me posting 500 times a day lol!
