It would be great if we could all share our favourite Authors on Literotica, by listing them here - to help each other out and save us some time.
I’m excited to go dive in to the world of Erotica but I have no idea where to start, and if I start off reading a couple of awful ones then it might put me off.

Maybe not the best author but “The Private Party” by Snake138 was a good read. I printed it out and left it hidden for MrsNN when I was away for a weekend, quick text message around the time she would have been heading to bed and she assured me there was some serious battery draining going on that night 
Noticed there are a few “private parties”, for the avoidance of doubt it was this one: The Private Party - Loving Wives - Literotica.com
Yes, that was a really good read, as were the other three stories from Snake138

It’s a bit of a shame that some authors only write a couple of stories when , in my opinion they’re really pretty amazing at it. When you can immerse yourself fully into the story, almost imagine yourself experiencing what’s happening in it then you know that you’re onto a winner …that’s how I felt with the “Police Officer” story.
There’s some good femdom stuff on there, edrider73 ‘dedicated dominatrix’ is very good!

@wildflower only tried the audio stuff briefly and didn’t really work for me, have to give it another go. And thanks for your recommendations, will look forward to checking them out.
I know what you mean about the audio stuff @NibbleNob I wasn’t that keen to start with and listened to loads that didn’t do it for me at all but I think the real secret is finding someone with a voice that you personally find sexy…it’s not just what they’re saying but the tone and way that they say it. Accents can play a big part too.
Also it gives me the opportunity to go ’ hands free’ if you know what mean . I just plug in the earphones and away I go!

The audio ones I tried were all a bit slow from memory, a bit of build up is fine but when you get to the point of wanting to fast forward it’s too slow. I take your point about finding the right voice, I’ll make some time to search out Holly Willoughby telling me rude things
You know, wouldn’t that be perfect? If celebrities read erotic audio stories? I’d very happily listen to Sean Bean talking his way through saucy stuff!
