I have tried far too many cock rings over the years, with many of them losing their tightness over time, or just outright snapping (I'm looking at you Lovehoney boost comfort love ring...).

It's silicone, which is a great start, and becasue of the thickness it doesn't stretch out that well.

Thanks for your replies. I'm still a fan of the adjustable ring because you get increase the tension. Anything non adjustable needs to be a tight fit. I might have to try a few.
