Im trying to tick the box in the lovehoney emailās so I receive special offers but the box after pressing save remains unticked every time I go back to it. Ive had no emails since iv been trying for 3 days.
Sound on the videos on the website dont work but seem to work on the amazon shop.
Please could I have an example of this? The sound seems to be working for me. Are you on Mobile or Desktop?

Iām using Chrome on my phone, the videos scrolling along in line with the product photos have no sound despite the button to unmute which presumably means they should? The Product Video lower down the page (for products that have one) does however play with sound. Is this what youāre finding @elcoh ?
These videos do not have sound, the only one that does is the one lower down on the product page. I agree it is confusing that it has a mute/unmute button!
As the title says, I canāt sign in to the forum on my phone and I donāt know why. I signed out before work 2 days ago and havenāt been able to sign back in on my phone since. I can see the forum page but when I click on the link to sign in, it just gives me an error message. Iāve tried chrome (which I always use) and samsung internet (just to see if it was a browser issue) but both do the same thing. Iām on my laptop now and remain signed in on here so I donāt know if this is an issue with my phone or the forum site itself? Any ideas?

I had the same issue moments ago, I couldnāt log in to the forum on my phone but I also forgot that I was logged in to the forum already on my PC. I might be wrong but maybe it wonāt let you login on multiple devices at the same time? Did a quick google search about the error message that sometimes comes up for me and I think clearing cache, cookies or browser data might stop the error message from coming, if that solution doesnāt work then there might another technical issue
Iāve always been able to sign in on both devices at the same time but maybe LH have changed something. Iāll try googling the error message, didnāt think about that! Iāve cleared my cookies etc and that doesnāt seem to make a difference unfortunately
If it means anything to anyone, the error Iām getting is 502 bad gateway. Iāve googled it but it makes no sense to me! I donāt want to try signing out and signing in again on my laptop or I might not be able to get back in
I have just logged out to check and now canāt log in on my phone. I do not advise it.
Hopefully they will fix it soon. And at least you can still read along logged out, or maybe use a laptop to login if you have one. Iāll flag this for the glitches topic.
Same here. I was unable to log in at all yesterday, on any of my devices, due to the ābad gatewayā thing
I always use incognito mode so cookies/cache should never be an issue.
Iām logged back in on my phone. So I think it should be working again now for everyoneā¦
