Hi @Kitty-Cat01 I had the exact same problem yesterday but on a laptop. I sent a message to LH and their tech team advised to clear cookies, browsing history and to then refresh the browser. I have done that this morning and now working ok. Can you do the same on the phone.

I had this message for the past couple of days. Have found it quite difficult to log in.

How about you @Kitty-Cat01 and @anon37546479 ? Are you still seeing the Bad Gateway on any of your devices?

Iāve just tried to login in an incognito tab[1] and I also get the 502 Bad Gateway. Thatās blown my wishful thinking out of the water.

Iāve cleared cookies and cache but not my browsing history because I donāt really want to do that unless I have to and I canāt see how it would make any difference? Hopefully theyāll sort it out soon

Still having the same issues, told customer care today about this and theyāve said they are changing their systems which is why the error message keeps appearing

Iāve struggled again during yesterday eveningā¦. I can get to the login form from the menu, but when I submit it diverts to either of the following pages (in order of frequency);
- 502 Bad Gateway (plain white, no styling)
- 400 Bad Request (LH logo, āback homeā button)
- A strange app page (this one was really odd: it had LH branding and looked like a different forum layout, on an āapp.ā subdomain - Iām annoyed that I didnāt screencap it as I only saw it once)
EDIT: changed 404 to ā400 Bad Requestā as I got it wrong earlier.

I have 3 posts in the lingerie picture upload thread still showing as awaiting approval. One of these is from Tuesday, the other Wednesday. Does this mean that these have been rejected?
Brenna is away, so it may be that the lady standing in is busy with her other role. Not showing nipples were you? That is a reason for rejection.
I gather the forum access is still an issue for a lot of members. I can access it via the store on my laptop and via the shortcut on my phone, and i use Chrome on both if that helps.

I have been having this issue in the Wishlist where certain toys after removing it from the list do not disappear. Not sure why this is the case. It only occurs for the following toys Doc Johnson American Bombshell Realistic Butt Plug 6.5 Inch, Perfect Fit Medium Tunnel Anal Plug 3 Inch, Doc Johnson American Bombshell Large B-7 Tango Butt Plug 7 Inch, Doc Johnson TitanMen Master Tool No.4 Butt Plug 6 Inch, and Lovehoney Amethyst Sensual Glass Butt Plug.
I had the problem signing in on Wednesday, cleared everything and reset browser fine first thing yesterday but then did not work rest of the day. Tried everything, reset things again last night and tried again this morning and worked first time today, who know whats going on? @Ian_Chimp @Baby_Jane , @Lovehoney_Lindsay @Lovehoney_Brenna

From what I can tell, itās an intermittent connection to the central login. It does seem to be possible to login as normal at different times of the day, but I donāt know if thereās a strict pattern (UK morning seems to work better for me).
I think it only affects logging in though, so if you can login and stay logged in you should be fine.

As far as iām aware i never log out, so that may be why i have full access.

I managed last night to log in via a lovehoney e-mail and used the forum as normal.
But when I used it the normal way (via google)ā¦the forum was in very small print and obviously I had no avatar and when trying to log in got the white blank screen with the wording 502 bad gateway.
Iāve just managed to log in now as normal.

This has been a recent problem for me in the last three days . I can only get into LH in the very early morning hours ( from the us ) then unable to during the day . 502 Bad Gateway .

Whoo hoo! After 3 days of not being able to log on at all Iāve finally been able to do so. Making sure I stay logged in now

Iāve finally managed to log back in! I think iāll stay logged in over the weekend just in case. Iāve had all three of those too @Baby_Jane, the app screen is really weird, almost like a ābehind the scenesā page.
