Lovehoney Glitches

For some reason I can’t view my cart, keep getting the screen saying ‘Sorry! for technical reasons we can not currently process your request’

It looks like someone else had this issue a few months ago, is there a work around?

I can still access other parts of the site and add to my cart, just can’t view it

It signs me out, so I sign back in and it says my session has expired as well.

I very often get an app page and get signed off. I thought it was something to do with me using a laptop rather than a phone/mobile device.
You not being able to see the cart may be to do with the browser you are using. I am sure Brenna will have more info / advice.

Hopefully, I’ve been using the site for years and never had any issues upto now.

I’m surprised that they haven’t made an app for the site if I’m honest

Just spotted the new Tenscare pelvic floor exerciser is showing up as £0. I’ll email customer service too.

Hi, today i was going through my order history on the website and wanted to write a review fod some of the stuff i have purchased. I was half way through writing a review and i dropped my phone which locked the screen. When i unlocked the phone it had deleted ahat i had written so far and had to start all over again. Is there no way that even if you lock your screen that you can leave your review ooen and pick up where you left off before sending for publishing?

@sexykitten3080, when I post my reviews on a Samsung I tend to regularly press and hold on the text and hit select all, this way if I catch the wrong button I still have the main part of my review on my clipboard.

I tend to write my reviews on my phones notepad and then copy it to the product review. I forgot last time and did it directly on the website but when I submitted it, it didn’t go through so I had to rewrite it. Its annoying when you lose what you wrote.

Not a glitch, but is there any chance the delay on the what you are wearing thread could be reduced from 24 hours to, say, 18. Still achieves the desired effect, but because I posted late yesterday, I can’t post todays yet. Seems to be an undesired consequence. Thanks @Lovehoney_Brenna xx

cant get onto Lovehoney on any device

keeps saying “safari cant open page, network connection lost” but internet works for vitrually everything else

Are you attempting to connect via Wifi? If yes, is the issue present when using Mobile Data?

if i click on go shopping it fails and if i go directly to lovehoney, it also fails

Our shopping site is seperate from our help site, so it might be classed differently.

Do you have any blockers set up to prevent viewing adult content? Are you having any issues viewing other adult themed sites?

couldnt get on help page either

i checked blockers / parental controls on wife router & o2/apple and all seem to be off

Is the Lovehoney website the only adult site that is failing to open?
