i can only suggest from my own experience but the walls have ears (eyes) ^.-
Change the angle I guess? There's not many tips on making a rabbit work for you if it just doesn't, they do vary so much from individual to individual. What exactly doesn't work for you? Is it too short to hit the g-spot? Are the ears not hitting the spot? Are the vibes too weak? All pretty common reasons why a rabbit won't work for a person, but nothing to be done really other than exchange/refund and try again with another rabbit. It can be useful to pin point what exactly you don't like so you know what to look for next time :)
