I think they might be your best bet then looking at the pages. A lot of them have quite a small surface area so they might be produce more pain than pressure.

I found the crossover clamps http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=4948 a bit hit and miss and depending on wether u have small nipples, they may not connect at all.

Thats exactly what happened with me and even with the rubber off they wouldnt stay put on one side =S I sent them back and now have http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=8071 as more hardcore ones...... they really leave a mark =D

Well those ones must be hardcore as I've seen them in porn movies! Not that I've ever watched any porn movies. no. Those look like really nice, and we thought about the, but they pinch more than clamp, right? So surely you'd need bigger nips than most men have for them to work.
Yeah they do pinch and just by pulling the chain the clamps tighten/pinch even more.... yummy =D
