Sounds like you've a good variety. If you are interested in exploring anal there are some beautiful plugs in all sorts of materials, vibrating and not. When it comes to toys I'm pretty much on my own. I have considered the We-Vibe Ditto but I should probably try something less pricey if I don't know whether I would like anal play. I'm wary of balms and gels since my skin is very very sensitive but I think I have a warming balm somewhere that I could test on my skin to see how it reacts.

All of those are on my "to try" list :-) the doxy would probably be next as an aquisition just because people have been so enthusiastic about it. I got the Satisfier several months ago and it's intruiging enough that I will probably try a womanizer at some point, the Womanizer Duo sounds very interesting, do you know whether there's issues with keeping the clitoral stimulator in place while moving the g-spot massager or is that not a problem? I’m another one for recommending the Doxy wand, I was fortunate enough to receive one as a tester and have wrote a review about it. Oh my god it’s amazing, definitely worth investing in one.

I've got a mains powered wand but it isn't focussed enough for me - it is good for a back massage, but for that we tend to use our hands with oils or massage candles.
For me the essentials seem to be:
A powerful bullet. The best I've found was a Fifty Shades one, but that has been discontinued. The Desire bullet comes a good second. I use this alone, with other toys, and with my OH. The Manitrc one is also good, especially combined with a Mantric rabbit or g-spot vibe, but rather more gentle.
