I've just moved away from my boyfriend to university. He's really far away :( and I want to stay loyal to him, so I want to get a bullet to satisfy my *uhum* lady needs... Thing is, I've looked through them all, read all the reviews, but I have no idea how to tell which is the quietest. I'm in halls and the walls really arent too thick here... Can anyone reccommend me a nice quiet one? :)

Which is powerful and quiet, especially if you cover yourself with a blanket. And the Bombshell Balm is also brilliant.
I also have http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=21187 which I dont find to be powerfull enough and it is very noisy toy, but the sleeve is brilliant if you have other bullet to put it over.
So far my most favourite is Lelo Mia http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=14703 which is more expensive, but rechargeable, which cuts the cost down over time, as I dont have to buy batteries.

The Lovehoney pocket vibe is very powerful but also quite loud too.

The variety of speeds is amazing and even on the most powerful it is still reasonably quiet! I also own this http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=10157 and I think it was fantastic as my first bullet and I also found it quiet enough to use when I lived in halls! Personally, the loudest bullet I have tried is http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=17715 but it is also very good. Like other people have said there are ways of covering the noise and to be fair they are not that noisy in comparison to other things!

I have heard great stuff about the Lelo Mia but for a cheaper alternative is the amazing range of PinUps bullet set. I absolutely adore how powerful the vibe is and love the balm that comes with it. Only drawback is that it takes "N" batteries but they come with TWO free and it lasts ages!

I have the Pin Ups and although I cannot compare as I left it at home (damn, not getting it until the end of the month), I think the Mia is bit stronger in the black version compared to the Pin Ups and definitely more quiet. but the Pin Ups is still pretty strong on the top speed and with new batteries. But mine does not seem to last that long, as I always seem to find it getting too weak after several uses on the top speed so the 2 batteries lasts me erh 1 month or even less, depending on how often I use it among my toys. But it is cheaper option, thats for sure.
I would recommend the RO-80mm (http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=10157) for a cheap but powerful and very quiet bullet. It is single speed though, but would be good for a first bullet.
