Also not technically relevant but i would like to point out a lot of places do already ban shorter dresses, shorts, bikinis etc. There’s a lot of cultual limits regarding clothes and they’re usually more to women than men.
But yeah all people should be able to wear what makes you comfortable and happy, which unfortunately isn’t always the case

Hi @Lovehoney_Brenna the pictures I’ve uploaded in the past mainly have my nipples showing, will I need to delete them as I don’t know how to put emojis and things covering them or will you just delete them?

You could use a pen tool if you’re on mobile (most have them on the photos app) or if you’re on desktop there are a few online picture editors. I will be deleting the any nipples in the new year so there is a little transition period at the moment where they can be edited

Well I can understand why because the sexes have always wanted equality (I agree with the majority of cases) but in reality men and women will always be different in so many other ways! I.e personality traits and bodies etc. The nipple argument has been around since I’ve been a member.
Looking at the Lovehoney website, the first image I see is a man and woman with the mans nipples clearly sticking out so I don’t see why the need to change but guess that’s just the world we seem to live in these days!!

Good god, I have a couple of days away sorting Christmas things out and Babz passes away, there’s another lockdown and nipples are band on the forum. Last time I take a few days off, the world goes nuts!

Would be interesting if this was announced outside of the forum - is men can’t be seen in public topless. Bet that’d get very heated! And the cynic in me says the biggest protesters would also be the ones who are against breastfeeding in public

Looking at the underwear for men, Lovehoney have lots of men photos with nipples clearly showing so wonder if they will delete all the images to keep it fair but I think it should be kept how it is as the old saying goes “if it ain’t broke dont try and fix it” I’m sure the woman would rather look at a bare chest than emojis
From what it says on here it’s going to be a forum policy, not a whole site policy

If @Lovehoney_Brenna reckons it’s broke and many forum peeps agree then fix it. Not sure a guy is really in a position to say what women would rather look at. Maybe men would rather not look at emojis either but there are plenty of other places to satisfy those needs

The whole forum is a little bit odd at first glance.
It is a forum about sex, but you cannot describe sex (explicitly), no pictures of anything naughty, now not even a nipple.
That is until you realise it is just s sales and marketing add on to the main site. It isn’t really a free forum, it doesn’t belong to you the user.
A better analogy is that (and this goes for any corporate forum) you are visiting someone else’s house, and their rules/customs apply. So if they take off their shoes at the door, you do. If they say grace at the dinner table, you are at least respectful, etc. If you didn’t like it, or enjoy their company, you won’t go back.

Even though i don’t mind seeing a male nipple i don’t mind censoring them, after all you’re only covering a minute area.
