I’ve been umming and ahing about making an Onlyfans for a while now as a faceless creator similar to the photos I’ve already posted on Lovehoney. Maybe more underwear/lingerie photos than actual nudes. I’m not looking to quit my job or anything like that, but I am quite curious to see what I could make with my snaps :sweat_smile:

You take great and frequently imaginative photos. You have something a little different from mainstream run of the mill to offer. Sounds like it could be an interesting hobby to test out and develop :+1:

I’m sure you would have a great deal of interest and followers if you did decide to open an account. @Mint-Monster :grinning: :grinning: :grinning:

I think you definitely have plenty of great skills for this @Mint-Monster, and I’m sure you’d find adoring fans. You’ve created some beautiful photos and are an excellent communicator online. You post regularly on this forum too, so I don’t see why this shouldn’t be transferable to other virtual spaces.
I for one have really enjoyed the Monster Lover and Monster Fucker Dungeon threads :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:, Both of which have been created and largely driven
by your postings.

Of course you’d be missed here if your attentions go elsewhere more, but YOLO, as they say. You do you!

Here’s some general tips/hacks if you do decide to try out this route to raise some cash (btw: hope this doesn’t come across as patronising! I’m aware you may know much of this info):

Faceless posts do tend, in general, to get fewer hits than ones with recognisable faces and expressions. A human connection is most often what people are looking for.
But that said the internet also has niche spaces where communities form around special interests. And perhaps, just as you’ve done on here, expressions through other personas (avatars/profile pics/masks/emoji’s/creative writing/ memes) can help stand in for your own facial expressions?
Many fictional entities have massive online presences after all, in spite of being basically animations and sounds. Or fictional characters enacted by real humans. It is possible to craft an identity online while keeping your true identity concealed.

If you were to take the plunge and hope to make it pay, my advice is to go multi-channel: that is cover as many platforms as possible that allow links to your other content. Posting simultaneously on OF and multiple Reddit threads, for example, helps to drive internet traffic your way. Setting up social media profiles or blogs with links on multiple platforms is a good way to go too.
This can be done over time, but talking to a friend who’s a professional YT’er, there’s a certain amount of time spent building content and seeding links to it before a critical mass is reached, and it starts to pay.
And do check each platform’s T’s and C’s to make sure you don’t break their rules! Some don’t allow overtly adult content or links to it directly, but will allow links to a SFW blog for example, that then allows external linking to OF.

One other important aspect that drives engagement is frequent posting. It’s important to set aside time each week to post and keep up momentum with your existing fans. People are easily distracted nowadays, so as well as attracting new fans, retaining them by posting regularly is important too. This sounds like work, and it is, but it should be enjoyable work if you love doing it.

Good luck to you, whatever you decide! :four_leaf_clover:

Im sure you would be very popular and even if you dont make a living from it it should provide enough cash to buy new lingerie.
I have considered it but i like to be as anonymous as possible with my online naughtyness and got put off when signing up when they started asking for government ID for verification.
I might have to go down that route eventually as porn hub requires the same thing to post and i do enjoy posting lingerie and nude photos currently on fetlife until they require further verification.

I am sure you would look very professional and make money let the group know how you get on

@Knottydevil, @NibbleNob, @Holly_Love, @AWB1955 Thank you :relaxed::relaxed::relaxed:

@Knottydevil - I definitely think I’d still be on here doing my usual rounds. But your right. It’s not much different from what I already do on here… except more photos and maybe some dosh:smile_cat:

Yes, I’m looking to focus on Reddit at first since I’m already familiar with it (that’s were I grab most of my monster porn from, haha).

Good advice. Thank you!

@Holly_Love - Yeah, I’m not looking to be the top earner on the site or anything. Just more curious to see how it goes.

Ah, I’ve heard about the ID part but that’s understandable. I think there’s been trouble with underage people contributing to adult sites in the past so they want to make sure now.

@AWB1955 - Maybe I could do like a diary thread? Hmm…

I have been looking at subscribing to some of the accounts on OnlyFans but I find it very difficult to find suitable subjects. I understand the search facility is very poor. I am unsure how people users connect / link. I fully understand the anonymity of the users and think this is very important but I cannot see how the paying public find the pages?

Omg @steve19 it’s not just me then :thinking:

How much money per month do you earn and what sort of things do you do?

@Steve_Laura69 - So I’ve heard. I’ve been taking more photos in order to have a better collection for when I finally open it.

Did you feel the need to open a new bank account for funds or did you just use your normal one? I want to set up a new email and stuff just to feel extra secure but wasn’t sure if I should do the same with a new account just for that.
