We’ve got that game. If you play it as is then it’s very good for foreplay, massage, kissing, etc. But the game mechanics are pretty solid too, so (with a bit of imagination) you can swop and change what landing on certain squares does, customise some card ideas with more sex/sex toy options, and ramp up the kink for the winning scenario. 
Monogamy is a great board game.
I bought it for me and my partner. We really enjoyed the game, it’s simple but affective. Just make sure you’re all set first with a drink and some nibbles
