It's in stock in the large and medium and the small is out of stock with the suppliers. We've been told they should have stock on the 20th April 2011. Fingers crossed with this.

Hi Muchkin - the lingerie grab bags really were limited editions and it's unlikely they will be coming back into stock. It may be that they will in September time but it will only be in the same sizes originally offered. Unfortunately we do not have access to the same lines in the larger sizes you are looking for. Really sorry I couldn't be more help on this.

Hi Vanquish - our suppliers are currently out of stock of this product. They are due to receive new stock this week so hopefully we will have it towards the end of the week :) As soon as we have a good idea of a due date we'll put it on the product page to keep you updated. You can also pop your email address in on the product page and we'll email you as soon as the item is available again!
Hi there! Iām sorry to reply to an old thread, but this product is out of stock. I asked the chatbot on how to tell when itāll be back, and it told me that I need to find the āSold Outā hyperlink and then enter my email to be notified on when itāll be restocked. However, Iām feeling kind of dumb because I canāt find the hyperlink.
Is there a certain place on the page where I have to look for the hyperlink?

I canāt find the Sold Out link on that page either. The US site has had a revamp recently, and the stock reminder doesnāt seem to be in either of the places I would normally expect to see it? The chat bot guidance may not have been updated yet, so it could be referring to the old style. Iād check with Customer Care and see if they know more. 
I did, and they told me that the hyperlink was removed and to check back every once in a while. Unfortunate, but at least there was closure.

I donāt know when it will be back in stock, but itās currently available on the UK website and I know itās quite a popular product so fingers crossed not too long 
There used to be a link where you could get notified once itās back in stock, but I donāt think thatās been brought over to the new site unfortunately. My advice would be to put it in your saved items and keep checking back

Thereās got to be a simple way of letting customers know when stock is due back in.
Iāve been waiting to place a large order for a week now. One item I REALLY want is out of stock.
Last week I made an enquiry with customer support - I received an email back on 20th to say that received my enquiry and will get back to me within 2 days.
I still havenāt been notifiedā¦
Definitely agree @Cupc8kes! I waited for ages for something to come back in stock and not knowing when that is likely to be makes it hard to decide whether to wait or order something else instead. It did eventually come back in stock and I was lucky that I was checking regularly because I got the last one! Even if they have no idea when something is coming back in stock it would be great if they could email us when something is back. I donāt know why this isnāt an option because youād think it would increase sales.

They could at least reply and give some information - whether itās not coming back / the date it is due in / that they are unsure.
