I am also a little concerned about the weight allowance, a google of “Weight of Airport Toblerone” produced a weight of 360g which means the total load capacity for the prop is only just over 32kg. This worries me from a health and safety perspective.

That does seem rather flimsy. 
Perhaps it’s a Danger Box to add an extra risk element? The timer starts when the PartyStarter toots its horn, and you have to finish before you pass out from all the blood to your head, or the DangerBox crumples and collapses beneath you?
