Rant Thread - Get it all out here

Let’s just hope they develope a conscience and think about their unpleasant actions. Then maybe they will change their behaviour towards others.

Ugh I’m angry on your behalf @Floating_Fun_Guy! Hate people like that.

Hopefully they’ll get their just desserts one day soon!

I always got told when learning to drive to avoid puddles like that since you can’t see what’s actually in them. Here’s hoping one puddle he goes through is actually a massive jagged pothole

Splashing pedestrians is actually illegal and the driver can be prosecuted for careless, inconsiderate or aggressive driving but I doubt that many cases end up in court. A close relative of mine is a driving instructor and the advice about avoiding large puddles if at all possible is spot on .

Ok I expect it… And I’m a dick head that finds it amusing. But… I Also find it amusing when they try to do it to me.
The only time I didn’t appreciate it and was absolutely fucking screwing was when little man was around 2 weeks old in his car seat and it had been snowing a bus driver went past as we were walking to the car and deliberately splashed us with snow slosh and it went all over little man I went crazy.

It’s the same for vicars.

(That was the best clip I could find :man_shrugging:)

@Ian_Chimp that just goes to show…you never know what horrors lie beneath a puddle!

I’ve shown that episode to my children as a Public Service Announcement. :slightly_smiling_face:

That is literally one of my favourite TV moments ever I still cry with laughter every time I watch it

I once had a knobhead overtake me on an industrial estate on my way to work, didn’t slow down as he approached roundabout. He sped through a very large puddle and his car nearly flipped over as he hit a massive pothole that the flood had caused. I had a smug smile on my face as i drove past his car with ruined suspension!

On one of our roads known for people to speed and used to be national speed limit once a guy went on the road over the limit and aquaplaned across which cost him his life the road is now a 30 but people do still speed

Sounds a right arsehole @WillC. I remember once we were in a three lane carriageway merging into a two lane slipway, I was going about 60, then some idiot came flying across from the outside just in front of me, I had to slam on my brakes, my girlfriend was nearby in tears, I’ve lost count of the morons who drive like idiots.

It infuriates me, how some drivers have no respect for the lives of others. Someone i know had a loved one involved in a tragic accident whilst cycling yesterday, her partner seriously injured, his friend dead.

Me too, really sorry to hear that @WillC, unfortunately I know only to well how much it hurts.
