I bought some items recently as part of the 3 for £10 offer - will I be able to return one of the items, or would I have to send back the whole order?

You are welcome to return items within a year of purchase, however as you bought items from a 3 for £10 deal we will only be able to offer a replacement, not a refund on single items returned. If you are not happy with an item, you can swap it for another item that was also included in the same offer.

I bought some items in a three for £50 offer last year, LoveHoney will let you choose a new product from the original list of toy offers. You send your product back, freepost of course, and they will send you a new product when they receive your returned goods. Win-win.
