Yesterday we wrote a couple of reviews on some historic items we bought. (A few months ago)
Went into our Reviews page today and they have gone, they were pending approval, and now they just aren’t showing, as if they were deleted.
Any thoughts as to why this might be?
Are you logged in on the shopping site? Pending reviews are only visible by you so won’t show up unless you are logged in
This one has caught me out before - me being logged in here on the forum but not logged in on the shopping site. Two separate systems, even if your login details are the same for both.
