I understand “wishlists” have disappeared. Does Saved Items work the same? If i share it to someone, can the order but not see my address?

I think you are thinking of the gift option that was available on the old site. As far as I know, no one will be able to see your address. The gift option is also no longer available and was stopped I believe more than 2 years ago. @miss_playtime
Yes, everything should still be secure from what I gather, but if worried then try sending a link to yourself to see how it shows up 
I think there is a lovehoney page on amazon you can create a list on.
