So i’ve copied the link for my saved items, if i share it with others are they able buy things that will get delivered to me without them seeing my personal information?

No they won’t. They would need your address to be able to send you anything

No, as @Calie says, they will just recieve a list of the items on your list but won’t be able to send you anything without knowing your address. On the old shopping site this could be done via the wishlists but not anymore.
One work around some people use is to have an Amazon wishlist with items from the Lovehoney store there.
These can then be shared and bought from without the purchaser knowing your address (apparently - not done it myself!)
