@Mr_and_MrsH As @MsSubExperimenter said you can occasionally get a faulty tester, but sometimes (especially if it’s still a prototype), it might not be in final development or sometimes a toy just isn’t that good and your 3 stars will be valid.
Always be honest. If a toy isn’t doing it for you, be truthful. It might be amazing for someone else.
I’ve previously rec’d some products to review and given them an overall negative review. It’s important to be honest and they expect that of you.
Not everything is for everyone.
It has been fun reviewing different products over the years.
I like seeing how different companies design their toys.
Some have really bad design choices but others do it really well.
The Handy 2 I reviewed recently really wowed me.
Have a word with Brenna once she’s back, or maybe in the meantime @Lovehoney_Alex can help iron out whether its faulty, and if so they’ll likely send a replacement.
If its not and it deserves a 3 star, then give it and explain exactly why. If something is rubbish, doesn’t meet your expectations or is just plain nasty, never be afraid to say so. Both Lovehoney and other customers benefit from the truth.
It’s not a toy it’s an item of clothing Thats poorly made I submitted a review but it’s not been posted yet so probably being read before it gos live. I did contact customer care and not got a reply yet. It’s not a massive problem as I have been honest and described the issues we had.

Das man sich bewerben kann hatte ich mir gedacht die Frage ist nur ob das auch in Deutsch geht. Und wenn ich das richtig gelesen habe muss ich aber 7 Produkt Bewertungen machen im Vorfeld von Produckten die ich mal gekauft habe. Ist das soweit richtig?
I believe (I could be wrong and I’m sure anyone with the knowledge will correct me) but the reviews would need to be in English. And yes @MG-79 that’s correct, 7-10 reviews of products you already own is ideal

Ja das habe ich auch schon gesehen das Bild. ok das heist ich gehe auf https://www.lovehoney.eu/ mache da meine Bewertungen für produckte die ich habe und dann kann ich glück haben das ich ausgewählt werde ist das so richtig?
Correct @MG-79. Leave 7-10 reviews on products on the EU website and then have a look at the testers available in Testers (either vote or comment on the ones you are interested in).
Do keep in mind that there is more people than testers available, so being patient is my suggestion
Heyo everyone, I’ve just written a review for a tester but when reading the product description on the site, I realised I think the description may be wrong (or I’m interpreting it wrong) Just wondering if anyone knows where I’d email for that, just to let them know
