@JoCat Thank you for your thoughtful reply! I’ve actually made sure to review a variety of products, so I don’t think that it could be the problem. I’ve also ensured that my email is consistent across the shopping site and the forum.

Had a review link sent to review a product but not yet received item… pretty sure it was a 1 week deadline so does that mean I have one week from today because that’s when I got the link or 1 week from when received the item??

I’m also getting the link before the product now due to lovehoney using Hermes postal instead of the post office. The time starts from dispatch of the product but Brenna does understand that delay can happen due to postage. I would send an email over to explaining you have yet to review the product
Personally I think it’s due to evri/Hermes. Royal mail never had issues with but takes longer with these. Says on the tracking link that they are still sorting it!!
But on the positive side…I can not wait to open the package when it does arrive!
Looks like there were some tech issues with the delivery upgrade and it was put back on a standard service. Very annoying, I’d planned for it to arrive on Saturday
For this one, and the others affected by this, the deadline will start from when the product arrives
Will get it reviewed this weekend
