Thank you @Mikefullr10, appreciate that. :smiling_face_with_sunglasses::oncoming_fist:t3:

@WillC looking good man, grass looks nice. I try my best to keep my lawn immaculate. I’m a little anal about it, but it takes work. I’m into the time of year where I mow about every 5 days. :person_shrugging:t3::smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

Me too, having a dog pissing on it daily doesn’t help, but i try to keep it lush and weed and moss free!
Looking forward to my containers coming into bloom.

Yeah we have two little dogs that wreak havoc on certain parts of my yard.

More projects headed my way for our outdoor space. The fence around our pool is going to be moved further out. Wife and I feel closed in and want to open it up. I will do the work myself, utilize as much of existing fence as possible, then moving plants will start. Any volunteers who want to work and spend a few days in the US hit me up. :joy::joy:

Will you use the fencing in staggered formations with vegetation for additional screening or just a line of fencing?

Great question as our back yard now is almost :100: private. However, we do like vines that will run and spread across the fence.

@JGood sorry forgot to elaborate on the fence. If you look at the pics of the black aluminum in the photos thread, I’m pushing it quite a ways out further away from pool, so it will kind of be in a trapezoid shape if that makes sense. I know I’ll have to buy a few extra panels and a gate, but my main concern is reusing the posts, as I’m not sure if they are set in concrete? We’ll see though. I get bids on these types of projects, but probably 75% of the time I end up doing the projects myself to obviously save a butt load of money.

And @JMS55 that deck looks awesome :clap:t3: nice work!!! :smiling_face_with_sunglasses::call_me_hand:t3:

That makes perfect sense a good metals fabricator should be able to make a replication of the fence and seeing as the fence posts have bolted plates. New concrete posts or even the old ones dug up and reused if you need to should be quite easily doable.

You say you end up doing most of the work yourself over time, basic welding is a class easily taken at least in the UK and I’m confident just as easily in the USA too.

@JGood oh no I won’t have to have anything made, I’ll salvage every panel I can and then buy want extra I need from Lowe’s (home hardware type store in the states) not sure where you’re located :joy:
