Welcome to the squirting fun! It’s been several decades for me and I’ve always enjoyed it but not all my partners. Some were freaked out by it and did not enjoy it at all. Some loved it a little too much and only focussed on this.
I would say, best to discuss with your OH first to see if this is something they’d like to explore with you. There is good online advice but I would say just relax and remember it’s not pee, it doesn’t smell, it won’t stain (it will soak your bedsheet, so get towels out first, or buy a special waterproof blanket if you get into it).
