You can indeed, but it’s rather an extreme thing to resort to. Is there something we can do to help?

But if you really do want to Ignore me you can do it by going to your Preferences/Users page and adding a username to your Ignore list. :slightly_smiling_face::+1:

Edit: Just to add a bit more detail.

  • You only have the Ignore option at TL2 Member or higher.
  • You can add a timer, which will automatically remove the Ignore after it runs out
  • When you have it set it Hides all of that user’s posts, but you can still click on the ‘hidden reply’ text to view any as and when you want to. Their topics are still viewable, but the OP is replaced with ignored content, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to unmask that without un-ignoring them.
  • You can un-Ignore anyone at any time by clicking on the cross next to their Username in your Ignore list. :+1:

There is. :+1:

You should get a little banner asking if you want to install it on your phone. If it’s not there you can clear your browser and that should trick it into offering it you again.

Let me know how you get on though as there may be some quirks I’ve yet to hear about. :slightly_smiling_face::+1:

(And I use the forum from my phone almost exclusively. I find it really easy and convenient. :slightly_smiling_face:)

I use my phone a lot more, but just on the website. I don’t use the app. The website is great and formats nicely.

The app is pretty much the mobile version in a dedicated browser so it’s pretty similar. :+1: I think the only difference I’ve noticed is the notification and bookmark menus have 5 items in rather than 4. :slightly_smiling_face: It’s actually a bit easier to grab links from the non-app one, so I often dip between both.

Ah, that’s disappointing. I don’t know how else to force it? I deleted the app awhile back, and it offered me a new one the next time I logged onto the forum on my phone.

It’s almost exactly the same as the mobile version though, so you can try that out while you wait for some more info? :+1::slightly_smiling_face:

It’s all good, I honestly just fancied trying the app rather than browser so I didn’t have to re log in every time I clear my browser :joy:

And I need to upload a profile picture, I keep loosing myself on here; I have discovered that I don’t have a suitable one just yet though so I’ll remain “K” for a little longer.

Also hopefully I’ll be on more and become more than “basic”

After a bit of a faff I got it to work for me. :slightly_smiling_face: I deleted my app, then went to the website and clicked on the forum link, and it offered me the app again. I closed it without installing. I then couldn’t get it back… :slightly_smiling_face:

But… then I went overkill and cleared my browser, closed all tabs, logged back into the main Lovehoney site, clicked on the forum link, logged into the forum, and it offered me the app message and another one to enable notifications. @SexInTheCity has a much better tip below. :slightly_smiling_face::+1:

And it seems you’re about 10 more visits away from graduating to Member. :partying_face::slightly_smiling_face:

Your Profile is Hidden by default on here, but you can open it up by unticking the box next to Hide my public profile and presence features on your Profile/Interface page. :+1: Is completely optional though. :slightly_smiling_face:

Hahaha this is what I landed on too!! Might give it a go next time… :smiling_imp:

I think there’s possibly a way to get the “app” - if you go to the page on chrome (or whichever browser you use on your phone) and click on the 3 little dots or whichever you have for options, there should be one that says “add to home screen” and this will give you an app like webpage - I’m not 100% sure if it would work exactly the same but may be quicker than logging in each time!

I don’t have the need for a safe word at the moment but I might just shout it out to see what reaction I get haha; I must admit that I had never heard the word before, certainly isn’t one I would say during play so a perfect safe word for anyone :joy:

I usually just use it on the internet on my phone too. I do it often enough that lovehoney.co.uk is 1 of the automatically suggested words when you 1st open the keyboard :joy: I may have to get the app to try to convince my phone to forget it before i accidentally show someone i don’t want to

So I spent forever searching for this ‘App’ and never had any luck. I tried everything to find it.

In the end, I just went to the App Store on my iPhone and downloaded the Discourse Hub App and use that purely for the LH Forum :raised_hands:t2:
