Heres my story. After 3 kids and post natal deppression, I totally went off sex. Now i'm begining to see the light and get back to the good old days- thank God I have a patient DH. Anyway i want something to help spice things up again. Personally I'm game for anything and I think he would be too (maybe not quite as much as me). So what do you think are the essentials for a beginner? We've not used anything before for forgive my naiveity.
