Turns out the Title perk is not a TL3 thing after all. 
It was only turned on for the TL3 Regular Badge, which is why no-one saw it until a few of us got it.
Brenna has now turned it on for Basic and Member too, if anyone fancies adding one to their profile? You can find it in your Preferences/Account page. 
(I think the other Badges can display too if they’re turned on? Not sure if it’s worth it though until we get some good custom ones. )
