How does the doxy compare to the LH mains one?

I believe Doxys are more powerful, but I havenāt got a Doxy to actually compare.

I have a Doxy 3 mains and wow, it is powerful even on the low setting (though rather loud 
) 
Donāt have a LH mains one to compare to but dang Doxy knows what theyāre doing in terms of power

Now we need to figure out how to compare ours across the internet. Iām thinking we stick some sandpaper to the head of each, crank them up, and time how long it takes to erase a sharpie signature from a bit of wood.

Totally up for that.
We have the Doxy Die Cast but not a LH one to compare with. Need to agree on type of wood and sandpaper grade first though or it wonāt be a fair test. Plus pressure exertedā¦ itās getting complicated. Maybe best we just wait for an efficinado who has both!

I think Doxy are missing a trick there. Their #3 line has removable swappable heads, they simply screw on.
A sanding head would work great. I bet it would work better than my Black & Decker random orbital sander.
