unfortunately they're sold out at the moment, but I would definitely grab hold of one if it comes in stock. I know it's not much larger than the tantus silk large but it really does feel great. The twisted shape of it makes for a wonderful feeling going in along with those bumps on it. And it has a suction base too. I can actually manage to get the whole thing inside of me, base and all, and that gives you a great full feeling. It's made out of a very soft and flexible rubber, hence why I am able to insert the whole thing!

Hey Alex, yep that was definitely the convincing factor :) There's so much to choose from that I usually go with a recommendation because that's the only way to know!
Looks like the Twist'n'Shout has been discontinued altogether, which is a bit of a shame. I'm currently musing about a glass buttplug ...
