Went to get our mini wand out the other day and it’s started to play up, when you push the power button on it vibrates but as soon as you let go of the power button it cuts out, only way we can get it working is by holding the power button in for around 5 seconds then it’ll stay on, only on one setting and to turn it off we have to take the batteries out. Also the lights on the panel no longer work, any ideas what could be wrong?
Could just be something got dislodged on the inside, happened a few times with my own vibes. What's the name of it and how old is it? If it's a reasonably new lovehoney purchase you may be able to get it replaced
