What cheered me up recently

Samsung and Andriod all the way. I’ve had many debates with Apple lovers. I end the argument with, hows your nice crystal clear screen?

Yeah that’s made and produced by Samsung :joy:

@Stacy2 So many older people have iPhones and the phones are so small for them, it’s always the same answer my grandchildren told me to get a iPhone.

Yep Samsung for the win.

Yeah I never understood that @teacake  - my ultra has a 6.8’ screen and I couldn’t imagine having a small screen. The biggest negative for me with apple is your locked into that whole eco system - things like the music/data transferring is terrible even sideloading apps is virtually impossible on Apple.

I can’t forget the “fashion statement” it is when owning and having an Iphone.

I’ll shut up now :joy:

6.8”! It’s MASSSIVE!

Haha That’s why you don’t see any KFC buckets below 6 pieces :squinting_face_with_tongue:

Talking to a very special person in my life, and discovering we’re both dealing with a lot, and us talking about it has helped.

Been away since the end of December and my partner has made sure we’re gonna have a good time when I get back in two weeks. Can’t wait, has a huge smile on my face.

@Stacy2 I have a I phone but was dead again upgrading like they always want you to. I was using a i phone 4 until 3 months ago but I will not put any apps on it. I was going to lose the ability to send text so had to upgrade to a i phone 6 (wife’s old one) . When asking in the phone shop I said I sent about 4 text per month make about 10 calls and never use the internet. They thought a dinosaur had walked in.

Being a #charityninja :ninja:t2: and seeing how much good can be done through little donations/acts of kindness :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

It somewhat helps restore faith in humanity :+1:t2:

Would rather donate to small charities rather than the big corporate one’s. Had a bad experience with a certain animal charity when they rang to try and persuade me to up my monthly donation. I explained that I was on a 3 day week and my job was at risk so would rather keep the amount the same. They then asked if I could give something up like drink less alcohol or cancel a magazine subscription etc. I told them to basically go forth and multiply. I then went online and cancelled that direct debit.

Nowadays i will donate to small charities that I think are doing good things or need it, rather than to some corporate one that pays it’s CEO hundreds of thousands for basically doing nothing.

Same phone as me hehe, I’m not a size queen :innocent:

Also what cheered me up recently…. during our play last Saturday while taking a photo, I used it to measure myself along the side as usual. Slightly bone pressed, I now reach up to the top bit of the mute switch. Later with a ruler I confirmed it is a midge over 5” (last month it was at the top volume button).

Amazingly my size is finally returning, nine months after the operation. First proper erections at the six week mark were a measly 3.5” which felt somewhat miserable.

Maybe if I lose another stone and press it really hard, I will get to 5.5” by Easter.

A stressful few months. One fail and probably 10 years too late, but this morning I finally passed my driving test. Insert happy dance

Never stop chasing your dreams :sparkles:
