As a beginner I'd suggest a plug first but as HS suggested the Rudeboy seems to be the leader for this type of things, there are variations on it from the brand to that might be worth a look.

I suggest a forum search, a few people have gone in to great detail with this. Also check revies. One review by 'Sexyget' on one of the Aneros ones is great!
