I agree that your wife should try different positions if she's finding it difficult to reach her vagina. I am a size 18-20 with large breasts as well, and I find it hard to understand how someone the same size as me would be unable to reach as I manage it without any issue at all.

I kinda get it, I can reach my vagina fine but reaching past it and holding/controlling a vibrator gets uncomfortable very quickly

So far all I've found is perhaps have a dildo to clench around but mostly just used a bullet, and it's much comfier as I can just hold it flat and work it around :)

Like I said, I have very large breasts too. I understand too well the difficulties of getting my arms around my chest, but I don't have to do that to reach downwards to my vagina.
Perhaps I'm more flexible than I thought I was, and lucky to not understand the mechanics of this particular problem.
Maybe a wand? Or you could use them on her??
