K&c30's are you getting the error message on all items you have tried to review? Even those that already have been reviewed? For me it's only for that particular lingerie set. I've reviewed many other items lately without any problems.
I have honestly not tried again recently the last review i did took a few goes before it submitted.... i have been worried about it being a waste of time of it won't submit. I may do a little tester this evening with one that won't be a long review so if it doesn't post it won't be a big loss.
