No, sorry. Cant cope with being restrained when there's no one else in the room, traumatic experience when I was young. I can see why it would appeal though. Dont think it would matter what you used but for safety reasons you should be able to release yourself in case of an emergency.
Whatever you do make sure someone is around to let you out if it goes wrong!!!.

Nope, that's not for me. I'm unlucky, if I did that there'd be a fire or some other disaster and I'd come a cropper. I know you can get specialised stuff for this that's designed with safety in mind, but I personally wouldn't risk it.

I used to have a fascination with self bondage though, after reading up on it in the end I just used some leather cuffs which made me feel restrained but didn't actually put me in any danger. It was easy to clip the cuffs together and I could put myself in loads of positions but, more importantly, I could very easilly unclip myself again. Even just wearing them was usually enouh of a mind game for me though and I didn't have to bother, though being 'tied' to the bed post was a bit of a favourite!
No, this frightens me too much. Yes, I can understand the thrill, kind of but what on earth would you do if there was a fire or something that you had to get out of the house straight away and you couldn't.
This sounds fun although with my general luck/klutz issues this kind of thing would end up with me having to take a trip to the hospital or fire station!

+1 Same here. It was bad enough when the handcuffs jammed on me whilst doing a roleplay. My wife thought it was hilarious .
