This is an extremely embarrassing subject for me but I'm at a loss. Due to my health conditions, I end up taking a lot of steroids and using steroid creams so naturally, I've a lot if unwanted hair. One such place is right up my bum crack! Can anyone suggest an easy way to get rid of it?
I use a shaver not a razor. Lmf with a razor up there is doomed to disaster. My shaver is for that use only. Legs spread on the bath gives good access.
LilMissFrustrated omm yeah that could be catastrophic but since english isnt my first language i can sometimes say something silly :D Apologies for that :p
I'm sure some men do. I guess what I meant is it can take a lot of effort to be a woman. We went to a wedding recently and it literally took my wife days of perpetration, getting hair, make up and nails done. Getting waxed, fretting over her shoes, dress, bag etc. I got a hair cut the day before. Shave, shower, suit and out the door. We have it easy in comparison .
But Shannon, I wouldn't risk a razor in that area the potential for a nasty cut is too great.
You can get electric lady shavers at quite a reasonable price but apart from that theres normal razors and going to a salon to get waxed.
I really wouldnt recommend using a hair removal cream down there, alot of them have warnings on them not to use them in sensitive areas (even the specialist bikini ones) so it could be a recipe for disaster!
Waxing is probably the best way of removing crack hair "metrosexual" guys will get waxed there you can use depilatory cream if it's just the crack a razor i would not bother with you could easily cut yourself being on steroids thins the skin which makes cuts more likely and cuts could cause you further problems in the future
Ordinarily I would say get waxed without hesitation, however having read steroids can thin the skin out, waxing ma not be your best option - but a qualified waxing therapist will tell you for certain. The skin on a guys scrotum is pretty thin too and waxing there is perfectly fine with the correct sort of wax for these areas.
Shaving does work and can be done safely if you feel comfortable doing so. I used to do it myself for years with no issue, thankfully, before i turned to waxing.
Otherwise as others have said a hair removal shaver will get a very close finish, and you can get some nowadays which can be used underwater / inder the shower which makes it more convenient.
My advice would be to stay away from creams and if your going to opt for waxing please go to a reputable therapist who has a qualifiication in waxing intimate areas.
I had a nasty waxing some years back, and have used a multi bladed razor daily ever since with no problems. Get in a comfortable position (LilMissFrustrated LMFAO) and don't rush.
I use a gents electric beard trimmer. More compact in size than a lady shave and not as leathal as a razor. I just put one leg up on a stool and feel my way around. Always had succesful results.
