Just a little pointer - it might help to maybe let us know what you've done in the past? No point suggesting anything you've already done! :)
Congratulations Sexyem - you could buy a sexy bundle from LH - they have lots of great deals on at the moment with a huge selection and you could maybe try some things you haven't done before like bondage or play a sexy game.
You could also put a little anniversary 'I Love You' in your local paper notices section - have a romantic night away - go out to dinner and wear some sexy lingerie under your outfit and tease him throughout telling what to expect later. Or for something more extravagant you could arrange a hot air balloon ride with champagne etc. Whatever you do - I hope you have a lovely time :) xxx

A warning about the balloon flights. I got balloon flights two years ago and have yet to take the flight as the weather hasn't been right for ten bookings. I'm sure it will be great when we go, but it sounds like there has to be practically no wind at all.
If that hasn't put you off then Virgin do them all over the country
