I've never heard of them, what are they? Xx

Never heard of it before, I think the videos would drive me nuts from the clips i just googled.

I do when I can't sleep, it really does help. :)

For anyone asking ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response.

Below is taken from Wikipedia. :) I know what it is due to a YouTuber I watch and talk to having it. :) She explains a little on this video about what is it. :)

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neologism for a recently described perceptual phenomenon characterized as a distinct, pleasurable tingling http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sensation_%28psychology%29 in the head, scalp, back, or peripheral regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli. The nature and classification of the ASMR phenomenon is controversial. Tom Stafford, a professor at the University of Sheffield, says, "It might well be a real thing, but it's inherently difficult to research."
