Ben Wa ball fears

Thinking about investing in a set of Ben Wa balls but I've never used kegel exercise balls which don't have a cord attached to them so I'm concerned about them getting stuck. Can it really happen??

im thinking of geting a next step up from these

but am also a little weary of the ones without a string but mainly cos of how they are imposible to keep in when going to the toilet. wouldnt want to lose them :/

however, im sure, as its imposible to keep them in when going to the loo that you could use a similar method to remove them and i doubt that your internal muscles could be so strong that you wouldnt be able to fish them out with your fingers.

I have been looking at these. But what put me off was the weight, as I am now used to heavier kegels.

Basically, you have to push them out using your muscles, thats why they are not for beginners, who do not have that much control over the muscles. But they can come on their own, by simple gravitation, so would not stick there forever, but it may be good idea to get used to the kegels with something with the cord, if you never tried any balls.

I'm using the Tracey Cox Toner ones at the moment and I'm not having to do any work to keep them inside me at all. I was searching for something smaller and those Adam and Eve ones caught my eye.

They're not going to get stuck or lost, there's no where for them to go. And you should be able to push them out with your muscles. I think they'd be better without string actually. Means you don't have to take them out to pee!

is it the string that makes them pop out?

i think she just means so you don't wee on the string dangling down haha

Haha yeah sorry the string dangling out is annoying and I find it a bit uncomfortable too. I bought some cheaper Ben Wa balls and don't find them comfortable at all. Even when lubed up I feel like they kind of pinch a bit. Not a nice feeling.

i wish they made a noise when you walked, like chime balls

would be very funny hahaha

erhm. its not the string which is the problem, but how can someone pee with them inside? I cannot imagine being able to do that, honestly. The muscles are tensed, holding the balls and yes, you can relax them, but I think that would cause the balls to fall out? And another thing, I would find it impossible to pee actually with something inside my vagina.

The glass one should be ok without a cord as they are solid. In the past I've had problems getting out kegel balls without a cord, but these always have the ball inside them which moves around, meaning that my muscles contract and tighten due to the movement, making it a lot harder.

The glass beads sound really nice - I have a super mini pair which is great for temp play. However, they won't be as challenging as ones with the ball inside.

If you are really worried you could purchase one of these as back up: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/sex-toys/bondage/medical-fetish/all/for-women/all/all/all/

There's a correct way of using them to get them positioned right. But yeah, they aren't the most comfortable of devices, but if you were finding it hard to remove something, it's the same or similar device a doctor would use to get it out.

i've never any of these products....are they any good? do they actually teach the muscles like pelvic floor exercises? and as for a speculum.....no thanks, once every 3 years for a smear is enough for this scaredy cat! lol

Hmm... Nymphomaniac, you are just making me consider getting the glass one for temperature play. Sounds like an interesting plan, especially as I will be moving to a small flat, without housemates in the near future.

lol In my country you have to get smear done every year.

To anwer your question, yes, they are good. You dont need them to do Kegels, but I find holding the ball is more challenging as you can keep it in for hours, depending on how strong your muscles are. Its better to start with lighter, if you are not sure or think your musles can be weaken and then increase weight and possibly downsize them. Usually they have small balls inside, which jiggle round, so they can be even bit pleasurable. And make you horny, although they will not make you orgasm, or dont think I met someone who did have an orgasm because of them in. Horny and wet is likely though.

But yes, they are good and they can be very helpful to women after childbirth or with weakened muscles, as the exercise can prevent incontinence later on.

I would definitely recommend these as the next purchase, as they should keep you toning up for quite a while:

After reading the 'most helpful' review I'm sold! Unfortunately it's not in stock right now but I've added my name to the mailing list for when it comes back. I'm going to keep hold of my current kegel balls for comparison.

My kegel muscles aren't bad usually, I just notice them feeling weaker around the time of my period, and it seems like my TC Toner Balls aren't advanced enough for me.

They are good, but I really hate the cord. Its too prominent for me, bit too rigid and yet have to find a comfortable position for it. I can personally feel it with every step I take. And makes me feel bit like they are slipping. otherwise they are nice challenge. And in the smallest, the balls inside dont move. They are filling the whole Ami.
