They're very adjustable & needn't cause any pain if you don't want them to. However the sensation of blood rushing back into your nipples after you've had them clamped tightly is AMAZING! Definitely worth any discomfort.
If you do get these, make sure you get some good batteries - with cheap batteries the vibrations can be a bit lacklustre but with energizer or duracell you'll definitely feel it
