Just messaging here to see if birthday codes are still being sent out to customers via email and what the discount is please?

I believe they should be. 
If you haven’t received yours you can contact Customer Care and they should be able to sort you out.
I messaged them and they said the codes are now 25% whereas previous years they’ve been 40?

That’s right. The birthday discount under the Unlimited loyalty programme was much more generous, but now it’s 25% tops I think.
Don’t think I ever got one for my birthday last December so maybe have stopped?!
