Hi diamonds - I don't have any experience of using anal beads myself (yet) but I think that they are designed to be used with the much tighter anal sphincter, as opposed to the much more flexible vagina! For the same feeling, I wold say something like Ben Wa balls or a much more variously ridged dildo or vibrator, like the Fun factory ones.
I only have used the Ladyfinger so far myself but yes, know what you mean! I would be interested to see what others say.

Back on message - I know what you mean - never really fancied BW balls myself. I am just thinking that for the same sensations vaginally you might need something of a fair size that won't slip out, unless you are really well-muscled.
From the anal beads I've used, I wouldn't think they'd be big enough for vaginal use. They're small because your ass is tighter, so you probably wouldn't get much stimulation in your vagina. The opposite is also true which is why people don't use ben-wa balls anally! And also because they might get lost, shudder.
