Personally I would go for the Icicles - I have a few from the icicles range, and I cannot fault the quality.

It really depends on what you want from the dildo. I own both of those and of the two I prefer the devils tongue, mainly because the insertable length is longer on that one. I found with the 24 that the 'tail/handle' got in the way of thrusting, and it didn't really insert enough to provide any pleasure.
The tongue is really nice, and feels great.
Is it the shape you like? Or the texture?
Icicles new 'Tentacle' shape the Icicles number 52 http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=30913 is amazing! Although it's less girthy than the 24 it is one of the best glass dildos I've used. I have the exact same dilemma! I think the length of the devil's tongue would be better for thrusting and I don't think the texture of the icicles one would do much for me, I love how the devil's tongue looks but I'm scared it might be too pointy.
I've seen the tongue around for years and only recently realized I could get one for myself but what if it just pokes my cervix/g-spot sore and sits there taunting me for not being able to love it like it deserves the rest of my life!
