You rub it on the end of your penis and its recommended you don’t go in bareback as it will transfer - you can use a condom
I used it years ago - it does make you last a bit longer but not much

Have used the EXS spray and wipes for months and really works for me, sometimes a little too well as it takes an age to cum and all that time my wife has never known any transfer.

It very much depends on the active ingredient for me. Lidocaine works very well, others not so much. Lidocaine sprays I can just use one squirt, rub it in a bit and it’s good to go in about 5 minutes. Numbs me just long enough that she can get where she needs to be and we often finish together (i think her screams are what tips me over the edge!). I usually give it a quick rinse after 5 minutes to stop transfer but to be honest I’ve forgotten plenty of times and she’s never noticed any numbing. Used it for years, game changer for me.
Unfortunately LH stopped selling the one I used and I found an alternative elsewhere that was also 1/3rd of the price. I haven’t checked since so might be one here, might need to shop around

There’s a two part action to these sprays. One is that it is slightly numbing (not to the same extent as lidocaine or benzocaine are - if you’ve ever had to use those topically before) but it’s still slightly numbing. There is a numbing chemical present hence the need to wear some form of barrier between you and your partner. (A thicker sleeve can also reduce the sensation for you as well)
The other (probably more powerful aspect) is the psychological aspect. If you expect to last longer then you probably will. Since there is a huge spiral around fear of early ejaculation causing itself.
Overall they are good, just don’t expect complete numbness

My ex used dragon delay spray.
Without it he would cum as soon as I touched him, even through his boxers.

Yes it has been said if going bare the spray can numb the vagina or even the mouth so I’d also recommend using a condom as well

We use the EXS delay spray from here.
