One of my favourites when getting intimate with the wife is to finger and fuck her at the same time. Once warmed up, and when being spooned, she can take 3-4 fingers as well as my dongle.

Check out the circumference on products and find something as slim as possible. Does she enjoy it? I can't really imagine getting much benefit of two things up there!

No it's not but I have done double penetration. Anal and vaginal.
