Something I am currently trying to enjoy with my oh. My question being what lube would help. I currently can get my fingers scrunched up and in but knuckles proving to be the limit? Can a fist be too big? I do have a good sized hand but not stupidly large.
yes a fist can be too big, me and my OH have been trying for almost a year and gone through rediculous amounts of lube....... but just like you we cant get past the knuckles, its too much pain for me even when we slap loads more lube on, it just wont happen xx

We occasionally d fisting. It takes a lot oof practice and patience, also I've found my man canvonly get his fist in at certain angles, normally with his knuckles pointing at the gsp in my pelvis, if the angle is wrong the bone will just kill the fun. Also we just use durex lube but tons if it, his hand literally drips lube. Deep breathing helps too for me, although in the beginning it sounds lije you're giving birth! Patience, relaxation, lots of lube, and I mean lots, plenty of foreplay beforehand to make sure everybody is ready. Start with one finger then two and so on, then four and a thumb with the first and little finger together hidden behind the pointy and ring finger and your thimb tucked behind all four but straight. Don't try to push your whole hand for a while just rest the large part of your hand, your thuimb knuckle aginast her, let her push back a little when she is ready, it will feel tight, but it will suddenlty go when she is ready. Deep breathing by her will help her relax but don't ever force it. Make sure your nails are well trimmed to avoid any scratching and there are no loose bits of skin around yoor nails to avoid snagging.
